新华创展中心属于二次改造项目，设计时融合了建筑外形和室内空间的特点，大面积的灰色调地面石材，低调而含蓄，似乎慢慢的诉说着历史的痕迹，传统和现代的碰撞。

Xinhua innovation and exhibition center is a renovation project. The design integrates the characteristics of architectural form and interior space. The large area of gray tone ground stone, low-key and implicit, seems to slowly tell the traces of history, tradition and modern collision.
